2010 Workshops
Our Schedule is open for our March & April Workshops, if you are interested in attending any of our workshop during these months, please call to save your space @ 760-937-3391.
Each workshop will have a Martial Arts modality incorporated to teach you how to balance and work with your bodys energy, other topics related to energy will be discussed. This will make you strong, centred, healthier and focused!
